The lady was so kind to us when we approached her. Stellar customer service. She was smiling, offered a free sample, and told us that her goal was to make us happy. As a manager in retail, workers like this woman are the pinnacle of what it means to provide good customer service. Thanks for the great food!

Good and always fresh and not oily like the "others". Seems like they always have someone giving out free samples when I come by.
Soft pretzels, salt, grease and nacho cheese. You would never find me walking around the mall without greasy pretzel fingers.
