They were so rude! They also kept telling us they’d be with us in a few minutes while they were just standing there.

We went and they were overwhelmed with a lot of customers combined with training new employees. We waited for about 10 minutes for some pretzel bites. They handled the few customers that were impatient well. We were glad to get super fresh pretzels. The store is open and was easy to see that it was clean

Waited in a line out the door for rock hard pretzels, no regular pretzels, no cheese sauce, and an extremely slow moving staff who was more interested in their conversations with each other. This is a sad excuse for an auntie Anne’s and they should be embarrassed.

Sign says open! Go to door & very unfriend & says closed! Very rude to more customers that walked up after me! May need to change your sign then!
