Don’t believe curbside pickup, it’s not at all. Kids wanted to have pretzels, and on website it said curbside pick up, I brought kids with me to pick up. I made thousand calls when I arrived, calls were suspended, I had to leave my kids in the car(they didn’t bring masks) and walked into the mall to pickup. I was told they don’t have curbside pickup and the phone doesn’t work at all! Loads of people in the mall! It’s terrible experience! ZERO star!!!
Horrible customer service they 1hr closed before closing time. This location needs better staff starting with the manager. I will not buy from this location ever.
Pretzel was good as usual but waiting 10 mins while they sat around and talked once again gets annoying
Trying to log into the app took a couple of minutes, as soon as I walk up to the line. I ask what pretzels are left since I know that it’s late and they won’t be making any. As soon as I’m done with my question, the guys responds: “No and we’re closed.” Why shutting the lights off and waking away even though it was 6:35 PM and I wanted to also buy a drink. Poor experience.
As usual the pretzels are AMAZING. and as usual the customer service is okay. I asked the tall boy who was working there a question and he just mumbled. I asked my question again and he mumbled even quieter and pointed in a vague direction. He really didn't want to be there. They did miss an item in my order and I had to stand there until I got someone's attention.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I also found a nail and hair in one of the pretzels I ordered. NEVER AGAIN!!
I love they brought the menu up to speed with the pretzel sliders. I do love the chicken bacon ranch ones, they hit all the right spots.
