We purchased a Commodore home from Shocker homes. They were great to deal with and if there was any confusion it was handled in a timely, professional manner. They are a great team of people that make the home buying process easy and fun, they helped us with any questions we had involving getting a building permit, pluming or foundation questions. (Obviously our first house we have ever done this with so we had lots of dumb questions to ask). The interior and exterior groups of the company did a great job on our house and were extremely detail oriented and Jamie, the lady in charge, was great to work with in keeping everything organized, on track, and kept up with the communication if anything came up unexpected. Thanks to the whole team!

We met with Parker and he is very knowledgeable and so helpful. We found his suggestions very helpful and not pushy at all. He was very patient with all our revisions. He helped us make selections that have made our new home perfect for us. Josh was great to work with from start to finish, from coming out to check basement measurements, lining up the crane and crew to all of the finish details and final walk through. Rick and the exterior crew were efficient and friendly. Kent and Levi did a great job finishing the interior and the details. Jamie was always helpful answering questions and easy to work with. We love our Commodore home. It is very well constructed and we would recommend Commodore and highly recommend Shocker Homes—great people!!

We have tried contacting them multiple times over the last year and we always get told we will be hearing back from them. It has been 2 weeks since we heard it last. Good people to work with, hard to keep in touch with once your house is delivered. Will recommend to others if they don’t mind waiting a month to talk to someone.
