Most of the employees that I encountered on several occasions were extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Just because I'm in a courthouse does not mean I'm a criminal or even there for court itself. I was there to get my weapons license. Your employees really need to work on their customer service skills!

Walked into the area designated for marriage licenses and received no acknowledgement or instruction whatsoever from any of the three staff members that saw me enter. I sincerely hope that this is not normal for Richmond County.
