Buyer beware. The dealership charged 1,500 in service (would have been 2k we'd accepted all the unnecessary stuff they tried to sell us), and sent us home with a broken tailgate. The tailgate opens randomly while it is in drive. Even though most of the work they'd done was on the back of the car, they refuse to acknowledge their responsibility. Now they want 500 more to fix it.

If you are shopping for a new or used vehicle take the time to visit Park's. The short drive is well worth it for the small town feel of being appreciated as a customer and not just another number. This was my 1st experience at Park's and my 1st new car purchase and could not be more happy. Xavier, Howard and the Team at Park's made me feel valued and important.
The experience buying a car through Parks Motors was about as enjoyable as buying a car can be. My car salesman, Bradlee, was extremely helpful and friendly and ultimately sold me on the car I purchased. He was willing to overcome any hurdles we encountered to get the deal done, which I appreciated immensely. Everything else about Parks Motors was fine, but the finance guy could have been friendlier and more helpful.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Parks Motors. Travis, the salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the sales process about as painless as buying a car can be. There was one follow-up action associated with the purchase. The Service Manager called to schedule the service and Travis called after to follow up, exactly as he committed he would do. Overall, it was great experience.
This was our 2nd Chevy we have gotten from Parks in Augusta Kansas. As always we were treated very well & they did everything they could to earn my wife/my business. I particularly want to give a shout out to Travis Richardson & Dairy. These guys were the most patient & friendly men. I really appreciated them helping me in making my purchase. They did not view it as a job or working for commission but we were treated with caring attitudes. God Bless them & I definitely recommend buying from Parks Motors
