Deeply impressed with the service I’ve received. My wife bought me a high quality amp combination for our wedding anniversary. It was a bit of a whim purchase, and unfortunately as our system consists of some pretty individual kit when we got it home the sound was not remotely compatible. The store managers reaction? No wriggling or falling back on statutory rights, just “what would you like to do? You can swap for another, or I can refund you.“ so I have borrowed the alternative solution which is so good I am keeping it. Any company with that attitude towards customer concerns rates five stars in my book. And even more impressive is the timing -23rd December. The next piece of hi-fi I buy will be from them.

Very friendly and forthcoming staff. I was looking for in-wall speaker cables in a hurry as I had builders waiting in a new property and other places either didn't have it in stock or the price was 5 to 10 times more. Didn't know this little gem existed on a side road of London Road in Headington.
