A very interesting place, especially if you're looking at WW2 sites - this very well preserved site is definitely worth visiting. The German forces were certainly well organised... this huge gun station bombed England during WW2. See various displays and find out all about what happened here. Good value and definitely worth a visit!

Awesome museum with interesting content. But to many people have been let into when we were there. Not correct during a pandemic in my opinion. Also I found the many young children very disturbing. I don't see why in such a place should be infants and young kids allowed.

I love to be inside a relic of the past, in this case it's filled with all sorts of items related to the era and specifically the war. Being in the building and looking out across the channel gave one a real sense of what it may have been like in a more turbulent and chaotic time during the war. A small but well laid out museum, easy as a 2 hour stop. There is a gift shop at the entrance with a few unusual and regular type souvenirs. The entrance price, wasn't too bad considering what it must take to keep it going but I wouldn't say it was cheap, a fair price for a little historical time travel.

Very interesting if you are a WW2 or military technology buff. There is a wide selection of WW2 guns and uniforms and the bunker is very impressive. The RAF dropped 2000 tonnes of bombs on the site and it is barely damaged. The main gun was scrapped in 1947. There is also a rail based gun that was used to attach Allied shipping and the southern ports of England, only one of two left in the world.

Went with my 8 year old so. and the huge guns together with the well organised exhibits were engaging and fantastic! Loved it and was very glad we went... a private museum to boot so I feel great for supporting such a worthy museum!

Very complete introduction to the Atlantic Wall. Will take you about 1 hour to go through the different rooms. Very nice experience overall.
