I have been buying my cars from Simon for almost a decade and have used the company to service all of them. The sales service is exemplary. The cars are totally reliable and prepared to the highest standard with servicing, replacement tyres etc. I would not buy a car from other than the Audi VW centre.

Very disappointing experience here the other day. Called on Saturday to make an appointment for Tuesday to test drive a car. Spoke to Simon, left name and number and asked him to call us if the car sold before then as we were driving far to view it. When we arrived on Tuesday Simon wasn't expecting us. Simon didn't know who we were and didn't remember speaking to us two days before or the appointment we made. He blamed a colleague for the mix up, but it was him who stuffed it up. The car had been sold, which we didn't have a problem with, but it was annoying driving 90minutes for no reason.
