Go to Audi of Devon! Overall not good experience. At first they did damage the side skirt on my Audi TTS. They immediately took responsibility ordered a new part painted it and will have it installed today. Today manager argued that they didn't do the damage with me. My car left the collision center the day before brand new part. Audi only had to inspect the car. Lifted it wrong squished the side panel cracked it. They agreed to mount and balance my tires for the hassle since they claimed would not pass inspection. Today manager argued with me changed their mind only wanted to do 2 not all. I regret taking my car here. Expected the same level of service as other dealerships.

I bought my Audi in north NJ - too far to go for service since I live in Philadelphia. Took my car for its first checkup to an Audi dealer on the Main Line. Despite my appointment, they kept me waiting hours, unapologetically even though it was a routine inspection of a new car. Next time,I went to Conshohocken and since then, they are my favorite place: so courteous, friendly, professional, quick, timely, comfortable waiting room, super clean, and amazingly inexpensive. I don’t think I’ve had better service in my long life with many different cars.

We got our car detailed here recently and they did an awful job. The leather seats were still dirty and the doors and interior material still had stains. I can basically compare the detail job to what I could have achieved going through the car wash and doing a light wipe down on my own. We came here hoping to have an exceptional experience with having our Q5 detailed but we won’t be returning for any cosmetic work going forward.

Disappointed. Service representative was looking to take advantage of the given situation. Car broke down and was towed there. Ended up needing a new fuel pump and was quoted at 1600 for the pump and recommended additional items that totaled 3000. I though the fuel pump replacement was a little high so I made a few calls and found a cheaper deal. The rep immediately came back and said they could do it for 1000. A 33% discount out of no where, where was that in the first place. The sales incentives on the service side of the business are a little too obvious. I then asked how much they would give me for a trade-in. I asked for KBB value and the rep laughed in my face before saying not a chance. Pretty unprofessional. I was looking to buy a new A4 but will be going elsewhere to get one now.
