Had a wonderful meal at Audela yesterday. All the dishes I had were cooked beautifully and the service was excellent too - the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I think it's important to mention at the moment that the restaurant also had really good covid measures in place which helped me to feel very safe while dining out. I'm really glad I found this place - it was a real treat and I'll be straight back the next time I'm in Berwick!

The food and service were faultless. Local produce used. I had the fish main and it was cooked perfectly! Good value for money, fine-dining feel. Would love to come again if I had longer in Berwick
A wonderful restaurant for a special occasion, in an historic building. Excellent friendly service, and a varied menu to cater for all tastes. We were given an amuse bouche,which was so tasty, and set the standard for the meal. The food was excellent, all freshly cooked to order, and there is a very good wine list.
All round refined dining experience. From your welcome through each of the courses everything flowed smoothly with attention to detail. The pigeon was just right, and so was the crab risotto starter. Main courses of pheasant and mushroom tart with truffle were well presented and tasty. Don't expect mamoth portions, just expect we'll prepared portions that satisfy. Everything was excellent except the wine list which considering the quality of the food was a little thin on inspiration and information. If I want to spend serious money on Pauillac I would want more information before taking the plunge. Cheaper wines were good and complemented the food well. Perhaps Berwick does not have the market for a more serious wine list, who knows? Consider a more serious wine list, your food deserves it.
Best meal I have had in Berwick-upon-Tweed, in fact one of my top meals for sometime. Lovely staff, not hurried. However interesting choice of background music, it was music I enjoy, the Jam and Oasis just not when I’m eating.
