I was very happy with our experience of selling through the Auction House East Anglia. The organisation was efficient and clear on the service it offered and the costs involved. The auctions manager, Robert Hurst, was realistic in his assessment of the property to be sold and managed our expectations well. Living 400 miles away was not an issue as the Auction House dealt with all viewings. The process of selling by auction was speedy and free from hassle (though not suspense!) As it turned out, the property sold very well, for which the Auction House must take much of the credit.
