Kiwiz Comfort is run by fraudulent inexperienced cowboys who do not follow through on what they say they will do. We had a heat pump and Rangehood installed in our home by 2 guys who damaged our property, left holes in our ceiling and sealant drips on our walls. Our work has not been provided with a code of Compliance and after 6 months of trying to contact them, we still consistently get hung up on and our calls avoided. We have recently engaged lawyers and formed a group of affected home owners and have started legal action along with a formal complaint to the commerce commission. DO NOT USE.

Terrible service, and morbid customer communication. Overpriced, poor workmanship, installed heat pump with no compliance certificate and faulty exterior unit. No reply to our emails etc and it's been over 4 months!!

(I have tried calling and emailing numerous times, call me) Why has the wife of the directors posted a review of the business? It looks like a deliberate attempt to mislead consumers and push real reviews of the business away. G.Tyagi was actually a director if the business too until not to long ago. (?!?!!) We paid for a new panel heater to be installed at our property as part of the healthy Home Compliance rules and we were left with a damaged product half attached to the wall that we have been waiting to get replaced since September last year.
