worest Eftpos Company. 49.99 a month with 4 years contract, termination fee is super high. I will be quit for sure after the contract is finish. Send me a new machine without a PIN Pad, and told me the Previous KeyPad sent to me by a mistake and New Machine need a New PIN Pad, which cost me extra for each month.

Can't be any worse than this company. They good on making promises and fake deals when they try to sell to you. After that you on your own. We bought 5 digital display screens from them (turn out those were extremely overpriced) with a lot of promise and when we need technical support... they responded something like...we just do eftpos we don't do digital screens.
We have had an issue with our POS and printer which has affected our trading. We still have yet to receive a call from their technician after 3 days. They said they still can’t confirm when he will action the job. The technician’s name is Murray apparently. Have called many times to follow up yet eventually the call centre always goes to voicemail from morning til noon. Definitely would NOT recommend! Will be switching as soon as this issue is fixed!!!!! Do not make the mistake of signing up for this company as their support service is a joke!
The whole scam company, don't believe them.
I have contacted these clowns on at least 10 occasions, left numerous messages to urgently contact me regarding our eftpos system as it is malfunctioning and i have heard absolutely nothing back its cost our small business a fortune having lost many sales and products due to faulty charges. I have decided to take legal action see you in court :)
Absolutely abysmal service from this company! We are paying for 24/7 support which is a joke - system crashed just before Xmas...they were closed until 6 Jan; no replies to phone calls or emails. The issue ended up being at their end so we were without a Pos system throughout the busiest period of the year. Not the first time we have had support issues with this company - both prior to, and subsequent to, the issue at Xmas. I guess you are getting the gist by now - we would certainly NOT recommend them!
no one pick up phone or reply email. need upgrade eftpos terminal. but can not contact with them. the former staff jack refused to offer any help after we pay for the contract.
Terrible service from this company. I have POS system from this company. The receipt printer brocken last Saturday. Noboday answer call until Monday morning. told me will send new printer. waiting for 2 days. nothing arrived and the call center never answer my call anymore.
