Great quick easy trade. I googled water barrels in my vicinity, found Barry, phoned him, 45 mins later I had my blue 200L plastic water barrel as described....waiting for me at his home office (GoogleMaps hasn’t updated his new address yet). Barry’s Google review status doesn’t reflect the 5 star service I received from him today. Barry’s Barrels, I recommend him

Really disappointed with the look of my dog kennel barrel as looks very dirty and aged in comparison with the website photos. Be warned! Nice if you like aged product, but not if your expectation is the look on the website Suggested to Barry that the barrels should be cleaned or a note put on the website to explain the variables. Great product but didn't live up to the advertised expectations I had.

I received a 2 litre cask for Xmas. the instructions said fill the barrel with boiling or hot water to cure the Barrel and leave for up to 5 days. Currently I have been topping it up with as much as half a litre of water every day. for the last eleven days (and still it is leaking profusely. I had intended to fIll it with Whiskey to age it, After eleven days the wood has become saturated but still leaking heavily. I called the distributor and he advised to continue the internal soaking for a furher week, considering that the Cask's wood is totaly saturated thru out it's very unlikely it will seal to prevent leakage.
