I can't afford to pay rent because this agency has me on pending for 7 weeks of benefits. They aren't even requesting missing information!!! . They haven't answered my numerous emails in the past 3 weeks, nor have they ever answered the phone, despite the fact that I've tried on many different occasions to call immediately upon opening. They requested info in July, which I promptly provided back then, and they continued to process payments until I worked for a month in October (my bad!), and I've been pending since the beginning of November. This is everything that is wrong with local government. Our government is failing us.

I have been waiting on unemployment since November, unable to reach actual human life. No hold option, it just says try again later and hangs up. This is beyond ridiculous
I've NEVER dealt with such unprofessional people in MY LIFE. They know we are asking g for help but from a pot we've all worked tobuild. ITS NIT THERE MIN R Y IT OURS.... Everytime iCal go through the prompts they just hang up
What a scam! They take your money and refuse to pay back when they legally have to! 6 months and these people still have there phones off and will not pay anyone! Tens of thousands of washington citizens left in the dark while these tyrants hide and hoard money that belongs to people!
Completely useless. They are CLOSED! Do not waste your day driving there like I did. Nothing useful posted on the front doors either. If you need employment help good luck because once again WA State has proven how absolutely useless the state government system is.
