I worked with the Auburn office and would not reccommend going with Culligans after this experience. Everything starting with the initial appointment to schedule the installation has been a nightmare. Poor communication and several missed or forgotten appointments. I would absolutely stay away from this company.

I have had my whole house system and drinking water system for about 9 months now. My sales rep Matt, was very knowledgeable and pleasant. The installer Mike did a great job. It is so nice having soft towels,sheets and skin. I use very little detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner now as a little makes a lot of suds. Also, really happy about not having to drag home cases of water and recycling all that plastic. I give Culligan a very high rating.
Matt is the Sales rep I worked with and he is very knowledgeable and professional. He understood my needs and recommended the right solution. He also put in extra effort to figure out how the filtered water line can be hooked to refrigerator. Justin, who installed the under sink filter along with Matt did a great job during the day of installation. Filtered water tastes great and I would highly recommend them.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They missed all but 1 appointment and can’t seem to keep track of a basic calendar. I tried many times to get in touch with them to purchase the equipment I was renting and they did not follow through. I then decided wanted to have the system removed due to their horrible customer service and inability to keep appointments. At that point the sales rep became quite unprofessional and management was no help. Since the equipment was removed, I have had to call several times over billing issues and they rarely actually return phone calls. I terminated my contract with them 3 months ago and they are still trying to charge me for equipment I DON’T EVEN HAVE. I switched to a different company with a similar system for the same cost and have had no issues. Do not use Culligan.
Our experience with Culligan has been amazing so far. Matt thoroughly explained the (terrible) results of our water test and our options for filter solutions. Installation was scheduled quickly and there were no issues. We immediately saw an improvement in the smell, taste, feeling, and clarity of our well water. I’m glad we didn’t wait any longer to put in a filter system. Thinking of the staining and gross particles in our water before, and comparing that to the clear water we have now, makes going with Culligan a no-brainer.
