Staff are wonderful if you have a question they usually take care of it very good place to go if you want to workout or shoot some hoops or get into a couple of pick up games I like the auburn lewiston YMCA a lot
like
The staff is really nice along with the equipment. With the amount of inappropriately dressed women at the gym, I would NOT rate it Christian which is what my husband and I were looking for in a gym. I do not want to be looking at someone's butt hanging out under their shorts or how tight the yoga pants can get, I want to focus on working out.
Love the classes and the insructors are in pretty good shape....that tells you there dedicated.....the place is old but great memories where made here ...i learned from a family member the other day that teen dances where held there in the 60's ...imagine that!
Overall very clean and the staff does a great job.
Love it here. Also love the fact that I have so many choices when I go. Overall a good family gym
