Warm welcome; the ladies do delicious home style cooking. Great country fare for Aussies visiting the area for commemoration.

Amazing traditional old fashioned French restaurant, (looks a bit old and run down, but it’s clean and typical local French) Madame does everything, plat du jour is a starter choices from a buffet homemade pate, cured meats, sardines etc, main : choice of steak, pork, turkey, fish etc, pudding and cheese. Not sure how much English she speaks, but well worth a visit as long as you’re not in a hurry

A must stop by ! Fantastic small cosy family feeing . Easy going but great ! Excellent food . Nice lady and very good chef . Strongly suggested if you are not looking for nouvelle cuisine , but real French country side tastes .

I stayed here for one night in 2008 after being on the wrong end of a train that I thought was heading for Amiens. The carriages had split at Arras and I was on the wrong carriage headed for Saint-Quinten. I decided to cycle on a Brompton bicycle toward Amiens and only got as far as this pension. It was a marvellous destination to break up my 100km journey toward a cemetery in Daours. I remember that this is a well known truck stop for drivers from all over Europe. It is just off the A1. The house speciality is steak and chips. There is a buffet salad bar and a cheese plate that is passed around later. The beer on tap was belgian style that may have changed since my visit. The staff were most accommodating and assisted me to discover the petit route to Daours with local maps that shared with me. The room was adequate and for 80 Euro I could not complain. The French national team was playing football that night and I retired to my room after a shower to enjoy watching this friendly game. I hope to return in 2018.
