Very disappointing. We went there, out of our way, specifically to visit this restaurant, but it was closed. The main door was actually open, and we knocked and called many times.

terrible. Portion is tiny. The chicken udon only has 4 tiny chicken pieces (1cm dimension). Definitely over-priced. For the same price, I get much bigger and tasty portion even in central London. Taste is not good either. Full of soy sauce and MSG. Service is terrible too. Very slow. Waited almost one hour to have my food. The owner is also not from Japan, which means not authentic. Very disappointed.
After checked it would be open whole day on google, we went there. However it’s closed and after we called them, the waitress didn’t allow us to enter without reservation.
The food was good but the service was too slow! I lost my apetite by the time the food came.

we went there to have lunch but the waitress told us to leave the restaurant with a bad facial expression. This is horrible,,, how can this restaurant got more than 4 star reviews !!
