We have no words for the incredible service that was given to us. The shop had just closed when we arrived. One of us had an issue with the clutch of my buddies 86 electra. The general manager did not hesitate and offered to check to see if he could help. One of the mechanics was asked to look. No parts! He took a part off a 2011 electra. Lathed it to fit and off we went to continue our vacation but not before we were offered a couple of cold drinks and a tour of the shop. Kudos to Harley Davidson St. Gallen!!! Yours truly, RBM Repair Crew.
