Incredible. A true hidden gem. Art and cuisine. Cuisine that is art. Wonderful. You simply must visit. We felt we have found a very special culinary experience. An intimate dining experience, where the chef is also your host. The kitchen dining is completely open and you can watch the meals being prepared. The chef, Emmanuel is a real character and comes and talks with you about his philosophy. He works with seasons, the weather and his mood! The result is spectacular. Incredible food that feels like an art form. Unique, special, one of a kind experience.

Me and my wife were very lucky to find this place. If you realy want to taste the real Provence and to meet an amazing chef you shouldn’t miss ‘Au Gusto’. Chef Emmanuel is amazing and the lady the lady was very nice. The place is perfect! THANK YOU!

unfriendly for families Don't recommend, very unfriendly for families. We came during lunchtime after the long journey with two little kids, the cook was not on site, the kitchen close. We sat outside (actually even far from resraurant) with kids just for few minutes to drink some water amd rest, and were rudely kicked out by an old lady.Please don't go there and don't support their lack of service. Au coeur du domaine de la Bastide Rose qui héberge de superbes sculptures dans un parc arboré au pied de la Sorgue, se trouvent associés une maison d'hôte et un restaurant, que dis je ?, une table exceptionnelle! Un chef au parcours singulier vous fait vibrer les papilles au gré de ses découvertes du jour au marché de Velleron. Une initiation aux produits locaux mis en musique par un cuisinier particulier. N'oubliez pas! N'y mange que celui qui réserve puisque le menu est une surprise du chef renouvelée chasue jour. Pour notre quatrième venue, toujours sous le charme. Merci Emmanuel pour votre Table!
