Tucked a bit away from the crowd at the major sights you find this restaurant Where you can try local dishes in a more lays back location. The local food is good but not fancy or anything, and I guess it’s just how it would be if cooked on the country. The menu is not too big either and they offer some different sort of menu combinations. Price is absolutely reasonable.

The food was exceptionally awesome. We tried the cassoulet and it was great. The portion size was generous and filling. I certainly recommend this place to anyone who is in Toulouse.

I até the casserole, it was OK but it laked some sauve... The employees are super rude!! The wine is overpriced and tastes really bad!
The best Cassoulet we have ever had. Efficient and receptive staff, fair prices and really great food. Proof of all that: they have 200 places and on a Friday night all of those were taken. They could not take any walk-ins. You should make a reservation, it's needed and it is worth it.
