Great atmosphere and food
like
Highly recommended for qualityn service, imagination and bake for money. By my reckoning, Au Fil de Saison served the best meals we had during our week in the Tarn region. My wife thought it the second best... Certainly this was the only restaurant I visited twice. My dishes were beautifully cooked and the recipes we more imaginative than I normally associate with French cuisine (a salad containing both chèvre chaud _and_ goats cheese ice-cream?). Service was also friendly and helpful, and the prices we better than the other (theoretically) comparable restaurants that we visited in the region.
Relaxed place to have a leisurely lunch, with the prix fixe menu particularly good value.
