Rang Malcolm about several issues we have, Malcolm advised how we could set up our dvd to the smart tv and which cable to buy over the phone. We still need to call Malcolm out to sort the other issue but highly recommend this company, they fixed our external aerial last year as well.

I spoke to Malcolm this morning concerning a problem with a family members tv. He was extremely helpful and initially offered advice over the phone. We followed this advice, but unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue. So, despite being very busy and due to finish work at midday (it being a Saturday) he still arranged to visit my sister. He kept me updated via the phone as to his estimated arrival time, which was really appreciated. At 2pm, two hours after his official finishing time he arrived and resolved the problem. He was so polite, helpful and caring, providing good old fashioned customer care. I cannot praise him highly enough and wouldn't hesitate in contacting him again or recommending him to anyone else.
