I was admitted to Redwood 1 ward. The staff there were very professional, supportive and quite important very friendly and patient. I left the facility in a very positive frame of mind! So thank you!

Absolutely disgusted the care given to my husband,his current medication was not prescribed or administered correctly, nurse being rude to him( witnessed by an independent third party) no communication from the ward and never answered the phones on the ward, my husband was discharged and I was not informed of this until he knocked on our door at 3am!!!! I spoke to a very rude nurse called Lynette and asked for a call from the ward manager ......6 days later I am still waiting.....please think twice before you put a loved one into here as it doesn't even deserve one star!!!
