The women here are so friendly and amazing. They made me feel so incredibly comfortable and cared for. From the first phone call to the final visit the staff here is so helpful. 11/10

I honestly wonder why these people still continue to provide a necessary service without judgement to all who walk in the door while having to deal with those liars outside of the office. Patients have a hard time and when I was there all I saw and felt was compassion and caring. The staff was efficient and informative and they made my appointment as fast as I needed it to go not as fast as they needed it to go. The time i spent there was mine- i needed to ask questions and they answered factually. I will guide all my friends who may need their services- abortion or otherwise- and let them know they are good peeps. :)

Called for an appointment. Woman was very ignorant and rude. Wouldn’t go there. I’m sure they don’t treat their patients very well in person if they are so ignorant.

In 2006 I was a patient. I was the 2nd one in and the last to be called in. The meds they gave me wore off so they just did it with nothing to make me comfortable, it was too late on thier behalf. This makes me sad. I've had borri le dreams of them since then.

Just go to Planned Parenthood! I went here because it was closer, big mistake. I had a noon appointment, I didn’t get seen until 3pm. No apology or explanation for why they made me wait 3 hours. There were other people who waited over four hours. I would have appreciated if I was forewarned about their inability to keep appointments prior to showing up, I would have gladly shown up later if they were running behind. I paid out of pocket, I was told this large sum and would cover the initial appointment and follow up appointment. The follow up appointment was a joke, I don’t know why I even bothered, I could have just gone to my primary care provider, but at least they were only running an hour late with an empty waiting room. Then they randomly charged me another 25 for a copay, despite being explicitly told that the first payment covered my follow up appointment, I even wrote it down when I made the appointment. I have never seen a healthcare office run so poorly and they were so unprofessional, others were borderline rude. As a healthcare provider, I am astonished that this place is still in operation. Please, for the love of God, go somewhere else.

Not sanitary at all. No hand soap , dirty used masks on the floor. Staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not tell me if my underage daughter was okay seeing we had been there 5 hours prior.
