Booked in for 9:30am on a Saturday morning, promptly arrived but wasn't seen until 11:30. The garage wasn't overly busy but the lack of staff meant any issues tied up the staff for a long time. 2 hours waiting in a room with no TV, radio or anything to read was pretty poor. When I was seen the member of staff was apologetic and dealt with me in a courteous way. More staff needed.
RIPPED RIGHT OFF!!! I would even bother contacting ATS Euromaster or even think about having any work done unless you fancy being charged an absolute fortune. I booked in to have new brake pads and new rear brake discs fitted thinking it was an easy job and not much cost as I have had it done before in the past. When the work was completed I went to pick up my car and preparing to pay, however when I was told the cost of the job I was completely shocked, 360!! At first I refused to pay but unfortunately all my original parts had been removed and taken away! After a little dispute mainly asking how on earth has it cost that much, I was told I would be unable to take my car away without paying. Having no choice then I had to pay and when I had a full price breakdown I couldn't belive the cost of new parts fitted, now bearing in mind these weren't any top spec F1 brake pads or platinum rear discs but you average branded brakes and discs that you could buy from any part supplier. Some of the figures must have been genuinly made up. I'm currently awaiting a reply on a complaint I send to ATS but surprise surprise no reply. So far I recieved an email to rate my experience and also how they have dealt with my complaint... Which they have yet to do. Last time I ever set for in an ATS again.
