In the Convid19 climate this ATS is tooled up with signs. Efficient service as I booked my car for two tyres. Called and they were delivered. Turned up and saw me straight sorting my tyres. Please don't be turned off by the bad reviews. They kept me informed whilst waiting. Excellent service. Well done lads. 9/10 for customer service.

Excellent service and support. After a tyre blow out the night before the guys managed to fit me in, replace the tyre and an hour earlier than quoted, awesome!
Took my. Company van here as they are contracted to supply tyres for the company I work for. They were too busy to be helpful, I work for a healthcare company for the NHS fitting beds hoists etc for people to have dignity at home as you can imagine were very busy. So to be delayed and frankly unsupported by ATS when I'm sure a contract is in place with them to support the company I work for. They seemed to be totally lacking in professional care. This was my experience at the Slade road depot.
