Poor performance, I took my 18 month old V60 to have both front tyres replaced (Sept-20). Not cheap at over 300 and vehicle came out with incorrectly balanced tyres. Took it back, technicians duly re-balanced and explained that machine was not set-up correctly. Within 2 weeks the car was still not driving correctly, taken back for a second time where they explained the car had thrown some of its weights. Again car was rectified, thereafter, car was still not performing as well as it did before ATS undertook work. Duly waited until service with Volvo where they told me the car was balanced very badly and tracking was significantly out. The statement from ATS on my second visit, regarding weights was questioned by Volvo, who have never heard of one of their new model cars ever throwing a wheel weight. For the amount of money ATS charged, I would have expected their technicians to easily have completed this simple tyre change, without all the associated pain of going back and forth to Ipswich Road. Finally having to pay Volvo as part of my service to rectify their poor workmanship. If you have a new Volvo do not take it near this workshop for tyre changes.
Had a service with BMW said my tyre needed replacing 150. Took it here instead, they assessed it on the ramp put it down and said its fine nothing wrong with it and all free of charge. Great trustworthy service, thank you!
Very well managed . I dont go anywhere else now as I appreciate my car is in good hands here Prices always verygood
