(Leaving on behalf of my father) Wish I could not even give them a star. Required an urgent exhaust repair for my vehicle (I commute over 20 miles to work daily) that they said they had the time so would be done today. Very appreciative of them allowing for this. Dropped the car off at 8am ready for work to be done, quoted price etc. However, despite having the vehicle the majority of the day I received a phone call to say “we can’t do it as I’ve snapped my tool”. What the hell kind excuse is that? Additionally they decided to tell me this nearing the end of the day? I understand things go wrong but I could’ve been informed earlier after being assured it would be sorted. Rude over the phone when questioned about this and now a day of wages lost and the time of waiting around for the repair wasted. Avoiding ATS at all cost.
