I recently moved into Windsor and it truly has been o such an amazing experience. Taylor and Kelsey went above and beyond to make my moving experience a pleasant one. They went out of their way to work around my schedule, and even assisted in helping my friends find an easy route to move the couch. Thank you so much for welcoming me into my new home. So happy to have such a great team working here, and looking forward to enjoying my new place!

Lived at Windsor for a year. We really enjoyed our time here. The location is amazing, great views from 14th St., apartments are much bigger than newer apartments being built in the area and are far more affordable. When it came time to renew our lease, rent increased by a very small amount. We found that the walls were thick so we had no trouble sleeping in our 3rd floor apartment that faced 14th. My only complaint was the closet size. Not ideal for two people in a one bedroom but we made it work (Bari Floorplan).
While I am not a current resident, the leasing office staff has been so amazingly helpful I felt the need to write a review. Kelsey and Taylor have been so accommodating as I have called multiple times with multiple questions and they were kind enough to patiently answer them all. I toured the property as well and it is wonderful! The location has got to be the best in all of Atlanta and I have been living here for 25 years so I know the city well. It’s a half a block from Piedmont Park, around the corner from the High Museum and Alliance Theater. The only reason I am not a current resident is what I want is not currently available. If you are on the fence, I say jump at the chance.
Have been here less than a month, but loving the place so far! The location and the amenities are top notch.
We lived at Windsor for a little over a year. We had nothing but a good experience living here. The location is amazing near plenty of restaurants and of course Piedmont Park. The parking is plenty for both residents and visitors. It is also safe and well-lit. We never had any incidents here and felt safe. The gym and pool are a little small if that's important to you. But with Piedmont park so close, most residents work out there anyway. The apartments are spacious and beautiful. You will not hear noise from your neighbors unlike most newer \luxurious\ apartments since the walls are so sound proof. There are also electric charging stations. Free to use for residents. This was a big plus for us as EV owners. The maintenance staff is amazing and live in the building so requests are taken care of within minutes in some cases. The leasing staff is also great especially Kelsey, a true professional. Kelsey was one of the reason we chose this apartment. Windsor is an awesome place to live. We only moved to be closer to work.
