When my Q5 needed some TLC outside of warranty, I knew it was time to abandon the markup at dealership service locations... but was nervous to find a new shop. Vaughan’s impeccable reviews brought me in. Matthew’s professional, thorough, and honest approach really impressed me after our first interaction and subsequent diagnosis. He explained the major concerns, what was necessary to repair, and provided a fair estimate for labor and solid (Audi - not cheap aftermarket) parts. My Q5 was back up and running smoothly in a matter of days - even over a holiday! Happy to support this locally owned and operated shop. Super professional. We will be back!
