This place is full of drugs, drug dealers and reeks of the smell all throughout the halls. What an embarrassment. Management doesn’t enforce rules of eviction and only distributes threats. I’m guessing it’s because of money made through rent so the owner of the building chooses money over decency and the law. The Waterford should be raided by the police to get rid of all the drugs and dealers in the building then it has a chance of becoming a decent place to live.

Today I applied for a unit listed on their website. After applying and paying 300 application fee I received an email stating the unit I applied for wasn't available that the system made an error by listing the unit. I said okay I'll apply somewhere else. I requested they reverse the charge on my card and was told I would have to receive a check in the mail. I feel like I have been conned.
