Dr. Shindell was great with my 89 year old grandmother!! I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but he was kind, considerate and very knowledgeable. He spoke to her instead of addressing me which I loved because she is still the patient. He explained his concerns in detail and I did not feel rushed at all. The staff is also very nice and helpful!!

A star rating had to be given to be able to rate. Other wise I would've gave no star at all. I only went because a doctor who I trusted referred me.Seeing he already had a 2 star rating. It wouldn't been my first choice or any choice for that matter.I was there for cognitive testing/ memory issues. He was very unpleasant to be around. He was also very impatient and even stated that I was irritating him. He was rushing me to finish each section of the test; therefore disrupting my focus. I was told after an hour, when asked to use the restroom, \Its only been an hour\ but I had to go.With no control over the situation having a bladder disorder. I left there felling like I had just wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the help that was necessary.
