I received confirmation from this company on Nov 4th that a court reporter would be provided on Mon., Dec 14th only to have the reservation cancelled on the eve of the scheduled deposition and notified on SATURDAY, Dec. 12th she would not appear; clearly leaving me in a bind and a very precarious predicament. Ms. Richardson’s reason given for such last minute cancellation is because I “failed to respond to her email” sent to me on late Friday afternoon, Dec 11th at approx 3:30; I guess RE-confirming a reservation that was previously confirmed on November 4th! This is not only unbelievable but is unprofessional and something I have never experienced in my approx 20 yrs of practicing law. I will never use this company in the future and do not recommend them.
