Every employee in Piedmont hospital go above and beyond. Every time I am there with my mother we are helped (and rescued twice) every possible way. I don’t have enough words to express my deepest appreciation for their hard work. My entire family can literally breathe easier because of Piedmont. THANK YOU.

I don't usually prefer this hospital because I had surgery here a couple of years ago and they didn't have medication. They were getting tablets from other sources. Today I didn't go to the main hospital but a specialist. Dr. Mark Sims and his assistant Desi were awesome, explained everything in detail and were very patient.

After going to an urgent care and being tested for covid (which came back negative), I tried to make an appointment with my primary care doctor to find out why I have been feeling bad. They told me that because of my symptoms (fever and body aches) I would have to do a telehealth appointment. During my telehealth appointment, they told me to just wait and see if my symptoms would go away on their own. I waited for two days with a fever hovering around 101-102.5. I decided to go to the emergency room at Piedmont Hospital. They put me in a designated waiting area for people with high temperatures to keep others safe. I couldn’t have waited more than 20 minutes before I was called to a room. The physician came in promptly while I was talking with a nurse and they moved me to a bed in another room. Within two hours, they drew blood, gave me fluids and antibiotics, and did many more tests. When I arrived, I was sweating buckets and somehow they managed to break the fever and reduce the sweats. The ER physician and all of the nurses were very very kind and took their time with me even though it was a busy Saturday night. Through their tests, they found out the cause of my symptoms and sent me home with a plan to get better. It was the best emergency room experience I have ever had. Shout out to Nurse Sheba and Dr. May!

The waited for the lady at the front for about 2 minutes where she took my temperature and directed me to the guy at the counter who was really friendly efficient and quick. I was then told to sit in the waiting room and didn’t even get the chance because as soon as I turned around the paramedic was there to check my vitals the doctor then came in and assured me he would get me fluids and water. Once finished with vitals I went back to the waiting room for another 5 minutes if that and then another nurse came to do my blood work she sent me back to the waiting room (because they’re cycling through customers each level at a time which WOW super efficient technique you guys keep it up! Wonderful customer service, very nice staff, very quick and efficient service. Thank you all at Piedmont health care personally for putting yourself on the frontline during this pandemic and thank you for your dedication!

Wow! What a very nice Hospital & wonderful staff to meet & greet you when you arrive for your appointment. I brought a family member here for his appointment last week & it was fun because we were only here for just under an hour. & we were gone! So if you are needing a new facility/doctor or an emergency which I do hope that you will never need then this is your place! For all of your needs! Take care & may the Magnificent God!!
