I Started the process in April 2020 and it has been a bit unorganized. I never actually met Dr. Duncan which is disappointing because it’s important for me to feel comfortable with my surgical team. You literally have to call them non stop everyday to get anything done. My surgery was scheduled 10/23 and they randomly called and cancelled a week before due to “ public health concerns in the office” something completely unrelated to me. no real info at this point I’m over this office. One star for the medical assistant or tech guy can’t remember his name but he was extremely professional and helpful.

Peachtree Bariatrics is a WONDERFUL facility if you are thinking about any type of bariatric surgery. The staff is caring, knowledge and rooting for your success. The center tries to have many in-house appointments to make your process smooth, especially if you are going through insurance. Dr. Titus Duncan and his team are leaders and highly experienced and continue to strive for the best for their patients. Even post surgery, there are support meetings to keep you focused on your new lifestyle change.

Had a total of 8 visits. Never once met the actual doctor. I have had no communication with anyone from that office since my last visit in November. I have made several attempts to contact, to no avail. None of my emails have been returned and everytime I call, I've sat on hold for at least 20 minutes. I haven't gotten a live person yet. Very disappointed. The only bright spots were the nutritionist, Rebecca, Anthony, and the best lady they had up front got moved to the back.

I did not have a good experience with this facility. They do not believe in returning phone calls, especially the managers over your case file. I immediately departed and took my business elsewhere. If you would like a facility that actually communicates with their patients, then please avoid this place.

The results are in and I’m pleased, from day one it’s been a great experience. I met the doctor before and after surgery, he’s a great guy, The staff are quite friendly, the nutritionist (nice lady) gave me some great advice about what I needed to do both before and after surgery. Overall, I would recommend this facility for the procedure.
