Don't call if you have a question. After I was rear ended with a commercial truck i made the mistake of calling them with a question. 2 weeks later after talking to three other law firms i called them back and they refused to help . Now I have a million dollar case with a different law firm. Thanks Nancy but I've learned my lesson.
Acted like they actually cared for my husband's knee case. We are down to the wire and called to find out they weren't taking the case. They stated that they called on the 10th to let me know; however, they obviously don't know how to leave a voicemail. Don't waste your time with this firm. I would give them a negative rating if it would let me.
They have been amazing with my case, I was seriously and permanently injured on the job, and they have been there every step of the way,even checking with me just to see how me and my family are doing and how my recovery process has been. very friendly and helpful! The staff takes a little time getting back with you, but they are always on top of every detail. They are actually concerned with my life and well-being, very helpful and knowledgeable. Very professional! All you have to do is provide them with your information and your story and they handle the rest, and explain everything step by step! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
