I love the team at 1800 Howell Mill Rd Atlanta Georgia suite 275. Dr. Lee and Nurse Hamilton are TRULY heaven sent. I've been fighting endometriosis for almost a decade and three surgeries later I'm around a team who have FINALLY given me a peace of mind... THANK U SO MUCH N HAPPY HOLIDAYS

The doctors were great. The office staff is horrible rude and indifferent. I was billed a copay for annual physical that should have been free. I could not get my test results because no one entered my email and pin into their system. I went to the office to straighten it out and get my test results and I was billed an office visit for that. After promising to fix the error in billing over and over they never did and sent me to collections. Finally they removed me from collections and canceled the charges.Then 6 months later they started billing me for the same charges again. Sadly it took another 3 months to clear my account again... Do not use them. Do not use them. Do not use them unless you have no other choice

Goodness what does it take to get someone to call me back? I’ve been calling up to this office for 8 MONTHS to rectify a 1000 bill that was incorrectly coded. The sad part is that I’ve had the answers to the issue for about 2 months now, and NO ONE will call me back. It’s unfortunate because I love the doctors, but once this is taken care of I will NEVER RETURN.

I like the doctors, but this is not a good experience. I have been trying to schedule a stress test but the machine has been broken for 6 months. I needed this test before COVID hit. So really longer than 6 months. I have heart concerns, but it does not seem to be a priority and I constantly have to call to see what the follow up is. So frustrating.

I arrived early for my appointment nurses were very polite intake was quick however when the doctor came in I was questioned about my reason for having the insurance I had . This made me feel like i had to defend myself. So I said what my disability is. Which had nothing thing to do with my reason for being there. I could barely get a word in edge wise about my past health issues before being cut off and told no that didn't happen to me. My appointment was rushed and I wasn't listened to. I would have walked out however it occurred to me I would have been charged for the appointment regardless. Rudeness is the last thing you would expect when going to a doctor's office. I will not be going back.
