I got a Mr. Moo cow the chicken was a little dry but customer service was good.
Do not go here. I ordered in store pickup on the moes app like I always do, and they straight up did not give me my food. They said they never got the order even though I had an order #, receipt emailed to me, and my order in the moes app, all of which had the correct location. I asked if they could make my order because I literally had my bank account up to show that they received the money, but the manager and all the employees started getting hostile towards me. The manager asked me to come behind the register to see they never received an order which is a pretty massive covid violation. I asked for a refund and the manager said no. Also the employees frequently took off their masks while cooking. I had to contact corporate so hopefully I get my money back.
Horrible experience. I walked in and was greeted by a blank stare from a short old man (owner-purple shirt) instead of asking me how he could help me he started screaming and a woman who walked in the restaurant after I did, I’m assuming she was an employee? The poor lady in the red top had to come from the back just to help me. To top everything off there was no other customers in the restaurant, as I’m walking out of the restaurant he walks out ahead of me and lets the door slam in my face without saying a word. Then proceeds to find the girl he screamed at earlier who was standing outside making a phone call, very evil man. Spend your money somewhere else please!
