I needed fingerprinting for a new job, and went to two other places on the approved vendor list before going to Metro Security. My experience there was so much better there compared to the previous experiences, it was unreal. I went in on a Saturday, and was in and out in about 10 minutes. The tech was friendly, she guided my hand so I knew how much pressure to apply and how to roll correctly, and my fingerprints finally passed. Highly recommended!

Upon entering the fingerprinting back room I noticed that your employee was not properly wearing her mask and had it under her chin. I politely asked her to pull up her mask before I entered the small fingerprint room and she responded to me that “no one is breathing in your face.” She then pulled the poorly fitting mask up. I walked into the room, she turned away from me to fill out paperwork and pulled her mask down yet again. I had to ask her to pull it up a second time. Thankfully, I was wearing a mask which is required as per a sign on their door, but this is unacceptable in a small room with no ventilation where you must stand and have the fingerprinter touch you for a few minutes to make sure the scans are proper. For everyone’s safety, this should be fixed. Do not get fingerprinted here.

I went on Saturday for my finger printing and the lady that accommodated me was SUPER nice, we talked a little and she even gave me a business card and told me what to do when I came back for my second set of prints. HOWEVER, when I went back I wasn't so lucky to have her assist me again. GAPs website and the first associate both said use side door for prints. When I arrived and rung the doorbell I was confronted by attitude and smart remarks from the owner and employee about not using the front entrance and how things were suppose to go. (When clearly people don't get finger prints done every single day.) Then on my way out I asked ANOTHER associate if they sold a certain item, and he acted as if I was bothering him as well. If you can, go get your prints done some where else where you will feel welcomed and not an inconvenience.

I found the staff to be patient, kind and helpful. They have uniforms for just about every profession that may require one. They're prices are reasonable. Most I was extremely pleased to see that they wear mask, require mask to enter the store, and they sanitize everything. If you need a uniform they're the place to go.

They employ unprofessional people that do not know how to handle interactions with the public. Worst security company ever
