If I could give no stars that would be what I give. The customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't answer the phones, returns emails, or respond to faxes. Then when you spent 4 constant hours of calling them back to back then they use some automated service to say the number not in use. They get paid to do a service but they won't do a service. They don't care about the people and they using Covid19 to their advantage of not doing their job. They working from home and in the office but ignore the people. I even call the governor office and I still haven't heard anything from nobody

It is dead wrong of the DOL to put us on a time limit of 15 to 21 day's to turn in documentation for our benefits when we call y'all to ask a important question or send an email and no one calls back or answers us. But hey that is America for ya. Just say you are not answering calls and be done with it. Honesty is the best policy. Practice what you preach . I have reached out to the Governor for help now. Next will be the President

Poor customer service. Matter of fact no customer service. Let me guess, they are going to blame it all on Covid. How ironic, all the managers of The Department of Labor must be fired as soon as possible. No one picks up the phone. No one returns messages. No one responds to email messages. No one responds to fax messages. This has not transpired over one day but 3 months and counting.

The absolute worst experience.... this office has completely destroyed lives due to lack of knowledge. It just blows my mind how some people get the job with out anywhere near the skill set required for the job and don't forget the high pay scales and probably a bonus (and they clearly know absolutely nothing). One thing I'll put my money on....they have probably very well taken care of people they know. 8 months later and we are still in the same position. Nothing has improved absolutely nothing but they are still getting paychecks. I'm gonna keep my eye out because I'll bet they get a bonus. Most important how many people out there didn't get paid for at least a week just before the LWA payments were issued????? Georgia Department of Labor he should be ashame.
