JYM and John Lopez were on time to look at the job presented to them. Repairing siding that was 42 feet vertical up the back side of my house on a hill. The Crew got imaginative and tied two very large ladders together and still had to extend one to the max in order to cut out the old siding and replace it with mew material. I was surprised at how efficient they were and that they actually completed the job in the number of days they said they would. Very courteous work crew. The estimate given was the total for the job. Definitely use this company again for other projects.

After extensive research about the credentials of a general contractor, I found John Lopez with JYM Contracting Services. At my convenience he came to my house and gave me a quote for a few things I wanted to have done. First, he replaced the roof, in one day! Everything looked great. Then, we extended a deck. I am going to do my kitchen and flooring with them too. These people are professional and will come back to my house to do work as I get more capital to invest in my house.
