The worst service ever!!! No one communicate with you. I had to call several times and no one give an update for my car service. The adviser called Richard did not even answer my voice messages or texts. I’m going to sale my Levante S just because of the bad service they have.
Drove up to Jim Ellis Maserati had to grab a center cap for my 2014 Maserati but I didn't have the vehicle with me nor did I have the last 6 of the vin# but I purchased plenty of parts there but I wasn't in the system... long story short the parts guy was rude. Wasn't trying to help with anything... sad parts department I was the only customer there.. he didn't want to look for anything
