I truly appreciate Mr. Kenya. Although, coming to dealerships can be stressful and overwhelming, he did his best to ease the frustration. Unfortunately, I did not care for the individual who we communicated with as it related to my trade in. Nothing about him made us feel as if he actually wanted or appreciated our patronage. However, Mr. Kenya worked to ensure our requests were met. The dealership overall from my view seemed clean and inviting. I am sure I will return here for all of my vehicle needs.

I love coming to Jim Ellis GMC, I purchased my GMC Yukon XL from there and of course I get all of my maintenance and repairs done there as well. John is the Best! He deserves a raise! His personality is consistent, very friendly and knowledgeable! He explains what is being done to my truck in great detail. Shane! Is extremely professional, he returns my calls immediately always, answers all my questions and is very intelligent! I HIGHLY recommend Jim Ellis GMC if you want honest custom service!
I had a wonderful experience here from the time I walked in ,to the time I left! They checked temperatures which made me feel much better walking in! I loved Jake the sales guy and Brady the finance managers happy go lucky attitudes! They had wonderful customer service and made me feel very good about spending my money with them! I would absolutely recommend going to them!
Great place to get parts to keep ur vehicles tip top
This was the first oil change for our new truck. The checkin was easy and on time. The service was completed in the time promised. There was no up-sell pressure and no surprise fees. Things went exactly as they should!
