We wanted a specific pool table we had seen online. We wanted it in a grey wood color with matching benches and table top. I called GSHR spoke to Steve Baird, exchanged texts with pictures. He ordered exactly what we wanted at a price that was as competitive as anything online. The table arrived and we were contacted. The house wasn't ready so they kept the table an extra month for us. The installer came on time and assembled the table. Easy to work with, great price, great experience. Only issue was no tip sharper for the new cues in the package. 15 at the biggest pool hall I have ever seen, My Cue's in Tucker, and we were holding family tournaments. Thanks Steve and team!
Fantastic store. The staff are friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. I have been to a few different home recreation stores in Atlanta and this is by far the best experience. Highly recommended!!!
Very professional and decent company. What they say is what you get. Honest, knowledgeable and straightforward. Sales person Chris and the crew who installed it--all very nice and honest people. Great products and good service.
My wife and I purchased a pool table, foosball table, and air hockey table for our recently finished basement. The pool table was installed and setup beautifully and perfectly level. The sales process was simple, the delivery was on time, and the manager was very kind and helpful as well. We just ordered a pub high top table as well as they carry a full line of furniture. I would highly recommend Greater Southern for any game room toys or pinball/arcade machines. They have a great selection and very professional staff.
