Great caring dr's. Yes sometimes I have had to wait, there are normally a lot of people there. Cancer has shown me that patience is so important.

Making appointment for the Breast Cancer Center and Primary Clinic over the phone is horrible. I been waiting for 20minutes to get a appointment then this lady answer an say hold on but the phone disconnect I honestly believe she hang up on me.. They always sending out survey it never say anything about their over phone poor customer service..Now I'm thinking about making the drive long down there these are 2 important appointments.. Lord knows Grady doctors and staffs good but the phone service is horrible..
