I have read a plethora of the reviews under the Fulton county page and honestly I don’t understand the ideation from others. My recent call to the Chief Deputy Clerks office was beyond what was to be expected. I held a few issues that resulted in me being given the run around in regards to correcting my issue. Fortunately this time I was put into contact with a Ms. Nichole Milton. Right away she went above and beyond to ensure my situation was taken care of. Not only did she do all that was at her hands reach but she called any and everyone she felt could solve my issue down to contacting DDS. I won’t go in-depth about my issue however, I no longer reside in Atlanta, Ga so attempting to make my rounds from office to office from California was out of the question. This equating in little to no change, making my situation harder to solve. It took her roughly three days to help me. Daily she contacted me to ensure she hadn’t swept my issue under the rug as so many do when the issue is problematic. I received a call from Ms. Milton earlier today and instantly I assumed I was to be told I would have to find means to return to Atlanta as there was nothing more she would be able to do. To my surprise however she was calling to tell me the exact opposite. She had found a means to solve my issue. After much strife and being provided the run around herself she stayed true to her word. It is understandable that many may not take their jobs as seriously as they should. But honestly try not to over generalize them all for the tedious issues others provide. There are some really amazing and dedicated individuals who will provide you with the attention and energy we all yearn for in tough situations. These 5 ️ goes out to Ms. Nichole Milton! I pray more individuals take the time as you have in the future.. Ps. She needs a raise !!!

We've been trying to contact a court clerk concerning matter of payment for jury duty. My grandson Jonathan was called for jury duty September 25 2019. He was dismissed, told service was complete and would be sent his 25.00 for being there. He was told may be 2 or 3 weeks before receiving the check for appearing. At this time no check. When trying to call in there today alone no answer. I was on hold and a perky automated voice coming on saying \hold for next....\etc. This happens every 5 minutes. I timed it today. We were on hold for over 20 minutes. No one ever came on. Not even one of the rude personnel referred to in other reviews. So much for the \making Atlanta a better place for people\.
How is call volume higher than normal constantly? I've waited 40 mins twice on hold, in the same week, and i still haven't reached a person. I wish the website was useful. I have a failure to appear for a citation that doesn't exist in the website's database. I've also find nothing, searching for a court date associated with my SN and citations.
I called about a matter and Ms.Milton helped me and was very informative about everything and went over and beyond to help me . I thank her because of her my matter was fixed without me having to come into the office . Thank you again Ms.Milton
It’s 72 degrees outside today and cloudy. 5/30/2018. Walking into the courthouse it feels as though the heat is on and feels like 80 degrees in here on the 2nd floor here. I often wonder what goes through the minds of the facilities manager as he or she walks into work.
