Dr. Gottschalk removed a ganglion cyst that I had on my wrist a few years ago and I was very satisfied with the results and would recommend him. The cyst came back and is painful at times and I made an appointment with him. He told me that it was a bone and months later the cyst grew larger. I made an online appointment and he recommended that I see another doctor to have it drained and that they would contact me. I've never been contacted regarding the procedure so now I'm looking for other options.

I have to start by saying that there's a fine line between a one-star review in a four-star review. Everett reviews on this facility in the past and I've been a patient of theirs for probably about 3 months now. And truth be told I had to give him a three stars because my experiences were consistent. some visits I get through no problem I wait for about 10 minutes before I go back to the room and see the doctor and they actually have some good information for me. This past visit on yesterday however oh, I was waiting for about 15 minutes in the waiting area until they took me back to a room after x-rays. And I was waiting in that room for the PA for about another 10 to 15 minutes. simply for them to do what I already knew would happened and that was prescribed physical therapy. I don't have a problem with only seeing the doctors for a few minutes I've come to terms with the fact that that's kind of where healthcare is in this current climate with so many hospitals closing and opening. Also the fact that orthopedic centers, no matter which one you go to generally, tend to be a little bit more stack full of patients because back pain is very very common also hip pain is the same. That being said you have to understand the fact that these doctors are well-versed they treated a lot of cases and they've had a lot of success. So as of now I'm going to continue to see them until I have a definite better candidate.

This is about the 5th floor procedure operations. Excellent compassionate team of nurses both Pre and post procedure. Very impressed and grateful for such kindness. Everyone works well together, receptionist, anesthesia, nurses, doctors. Thank you.

Dr. Keel was fine on my first visit. He listened. But my second visit didn't go good. He didn't listen to me as much. And to tell me that people thinks that they have swelling because of pain. When in reality my feet was swollen. I had to get an ultrasound sound done to rule out blood clot and the nurse notice the swelling. I was upset about that.

((((((((They Are Often Behind Schedule)))))))))) Took my mother here for a follow-up on a heel spur. We have been going to this location for years. Floor 2. My mom has ways had a knee replacement. When I broke my neck, I went here too for therapy downstairs. Friendly staff. Facility always spltless.
